Deer Lodge is conveniently located in the center of town, one block north of Main Street, at Gilt Edge Trail and High Street, nestled next to Flagge Mountain. Guests are often treated to the sight of a herd of deer coming down the mountain making their way to the river for a refreshing drink in the late afternoon or early evening.

Our family-oriented accommodations are within easy walking distance of Red River restaurants, gift shops, and recreational areas including the Community House(free activities -guided hikes, line and square dancing…), ski area, mountain parks and nature trails. In addition, Deer Lodge offers its guests pet friendly cabins with cable TV, a dry sauna, a playground, bar-b-que grill, picnic area and a gazebo where guests may relax, read, play cards, or just meet new friends.

Cabins range in size from motel rooms to three bedroom, two bath apartments with living room and kitchen facilities. All kitchens are equipped with dishes, silverware, and cookware.
