Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds unless rooms can be re-rented in full. A 15% handling fee will be charged on cancellations that are re-rented.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with a one time, non-refundable $20.00 pet fee.
Weekends
Weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.
Holidays Rates
Holiday rates apply to Christmas, New Years, Spring Break and Memorial Day Weekend.
Christmas & New Year's
Christmas & New Year's require a four night minimum stay. A two night deposit is required within seven days of reservation placement. The full balance is due by November 1st.
Spring Break
Spring Break requires a four night minimum stay. A two night deposit is required within seven days of reservation placement. The full balance is due by February 15th.
Memorial Day Weekend
Memorial Day Weekend requires a three night minimum stay. The full balance is due by May 1st.
